1. PCYC Associations’ Game and How PCYC Benefits

The Sunshine Fundraising Lottery is conducted by Canberra Police Community Youth Club Ltd. with Insight Holdings Consolidated Pty Ltd and supports the participating PCYC organisations.

Participating organisations are Canberra Police Community Youth Club Ltd., Queensland Police-Citizens Youth Welfare Association and the Tasmanian Association of Police and Community Youth Clubs Inc.

Funds raised are directed to participating PCYC organisations and applied to PCYC’s mission of building safer, healthier communities through youth development.

Funds are distributed proportionally according to the residence of each paid entrant.

These conditions may be updated from time to time, including changes to prizes, game structure, administration and pricing.

2. How to Enter and Purchase Entries

Entry is open to persons aged 18 years or older. Proof of age may be required before a prize is collected.

Entries may be purchased by eligible residents of the ACT, Tasmania, NSW, Queensland and Victoria by telephone or through authorised websites.

Entries are sold in bundles. Confirmation of purchase and entry numbers are sent by mail or email to the contact details supplied.

Entry numbers are validated once cleared payment has been received. Entries cannot be resold or assigned.

Employees, management and sales agents of the fundraising service provider and PCYC fundraising managers are not eligible to enter.

3. Entry Purchase Payment Methods

Payment may be made by credit or debit card, paperless direct debit, BPAY, cheque or approved digital wallets.

All payments must be received before the close date for the entry to participate in the draw.

Card and BPAY payments may appear as PCYC Raffle and direct debit payments may appear as D-Debit.

Declined payments may be retried within five days. An alternate payment method may also be used where one has previously been supplied.

Where an overpayment cannot be applied to additional entries, the excess may be accepted as a donation.

4. Sunshine VIP

Sunshine VIP members pay for and are entered into each Sunshine Lottery draw as well as eligible exclusive Sunshine VIP draws.

By joining Sunshine VIP, members authorise recurring payments from their nominated payment card or bank account.

Membership support levels may be cancelled or amended at any time before the next scheduled payment.

Entry numbers are allocated according to the highest applicable bundle based on payments received before each raffle closes.

Sunshine Lottery may notify members of an intended increase in ongoing support that results in additional entries. Members may decline the change.
5. How Prize-Winning Entries Are Drawn

Draws are conducted using random electronic draw systems at the published location, date and time.

The major prize is drawn first, followed by other prizes in descending order of prize value.

A winner and their entries remain eligible to win again in any further prize draw for which they are eligible.
